1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Star Faucet at starfaucet.site. By creating or using an account, viewing earning opportunities, completing tasks, participating in achievements or leaderboards, or requesting a withdrawal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Star Faucet.

2. About Star Faucet

Star Faucet is a rewards website that displays earning opportunities supplied by third-party providers, including BitcoTasks, records eligible rewards credited through verified provider callbacks, offers site achievements and leaderboards, and allows eligible balances to be withdrawn through FaucetPay. Star Faucet is not a bank, investment platform, cryptocurrency exchange, wallet provider, employer, or financial adviser.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be legally permitted to use reward websites and cryptocurrency-related services in your location.
  • You are responsible for providing a valid FaucetPay email address and for maintaining access to the corresponding FaucetPay account.
  • One person may not create or control multiple accounts in order to obtain duplicate rewards, evade limits, manipulate rankings, or bypass fraud controls.
  • Automated accounts, bots, scripts, emulators used to fake activity, traffic manipulation, proxy or VPN abuse where prohibited by a provider, and other deceptive activity are not allowed.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account and device.

4. BitcoTasks and Third-Party Offers

PTC ads, Shortlinks, Read Articles and Offerwall opportunities may be supplied and tracked by BitcoTasks or another clearly identified third-party service. Availability, eligibility, task content, country restrictions, timers, validation and reward decisions may depend on the provider. Opening or completing a third-party offer may subject you to that provider's own terms and privacy practices. Star Faucet does not control third-party websites, advertisements, products or services and does not guarantee their availability, safety, accuracy or suitability.

5. Rewards and Crediting

  • A displayed reward is not earned merely by opening a task. A reward is credited only after Star Faucet receives and accepts the required verified completion information from the relevant provider or the site itself confirms the eligible action.
  • Duplicate, invalid, reversed, fraudulent, debug, chargeback or otherwise rejected transactions may receive no credit or may be reversed.
  • Provider reporting delays can cause a delay between task completion and account credit.
  • Displayed values, task inventories and reward amounts can change without notice when provider data changes.
  • Star Faucet may correct an obvious accounting, technical or duplicate-credit error.

6. Achievements and Leaderboards

Achievements and leaderboards are promotional reward features of Star Faucet. Qualification may depend on completed claims, credited earnings, activity during a defined period or another rule shown in the interface. Users who do not meet the displayed minimum criteria may be excluded from ranking. Leaderboard rewards, winner counts, cycles and achievement requirements may be changed for future periods. Manipulated or fraudulent activity may be excluded.

7. Withdrawals and FaucetPay

Eligible available balances can be submitted for withdrawal through FaucetPay, subject to the minimum amount displayed on Star Faucet. A withdrawal is considered completed when the payout provider reports a successful transfer. If a direct payout attempt fails, Star Faucet may return the amount to the available site balance as shown in the account history. You are responsible for the accuracy and continued availability of your FaucetPay account. FaucetPay outages, limits, policies, fees or account restrictions are controlled by FaucetPay, not Star Faucet.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • exploit bugs, duplicate callbacks, race conditions or caching behavior to obtain rewards not legitimately earned;
  • submit false postbacks, alter provider requests, forge signatures or interfere with security controls;
  • use bots or automated browsing to simulate human task completion;
  • abuse referrals, rankings, achievements or withdrawal systems;
  • attempt unauthorized access to another account, the administrator area, database, server or API;
  • interfere with the availability or normal operation of Star Faucet;
  • use Star Faucet for unlawful activity.

9. Fraud Prevention and Enforcement

Star Faucet may use IP addresses, device identifiers, session information, request patterns, task and payout records, provider responses and other security signals to prevent abuse. Accounts or activity may be blocked, limited or investigated when there is reasonable evidence of fraud, automation, duplicate-account abuse, forged provider activity or another violation of these Terms. Invalid or fraudulent rewards may be reversed where technically and legally appropriate.

10. Availability and Changes

Star Faucet is provided on an as-available basis. Features, providers, task inventories, reward amounts, minimum withdrawal levels, achievement definitions, leaderboard rules and site availability may change. Maintenance, third-party outages, software errors or network failures may temporarily interrupt service. Star Faucet does not guarantee continuous availability or a particular amount of earnings.

11. No Investment or Earnings Guarantee

Rewards obtained from tasks are promotional website rewards. Nothing on Star Faucet is an investment product, deposit, interest-bearing account or promise of profit. Any advertisement claiming investment returns is third-party advertising and is not an endorsement or guarantee by Star Faucet. You are responsible for independently evaluating third-party offers.

12. Intellectual Property

The Star Faucet name, site layout, software and original site content are protected to the extent permitted by applicable law. Third-party names, logos, advertisements and offer content belong to their respective owners. You may use the site only for its intended personal reward-earning functions and may not copy, resell or interfere with the service without permission.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Star Faucet is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or guaranteed earnings. Star Faucet is not responsible for losses caused by third-party offers, external websites, provider decisions, FaucetPay restrictions, network outages, user-supplied incorrect account information, unauthorized user conduct or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Account Suspension or Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for material violations of these Terms, fraud, security abuse, unlawful conduct or attempts to compromise the service. Where appropriate, legitimate balances and transaction records will be handled according to the applicable provider status, site records and legal obligations.

15. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when the service, providers, legal requirements or operating practices change. The current version will be published at starfaucet.site with a revised update date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
